Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. When returning or replacing items, please ensure that they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free from lint and hair and with undamaged and affixed labels.

- Defective, damaged or missing packages

Defective, damaged or misplaced items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, we kindly ask you to provide customer service photos that clearly show the problem with the items. If you believe that your items have been damaged during shipment, Customer Service will require photos for processing your refund showing the damaged packaging and the "proof of claim" document from your delivery service.

-Item is not the size you ordered

If your item size deviates more than one inch from the specifications of your order, we recommend you find a local tailor to make adjustments and we will be happy to refund you up to 100% of the product cost of the adjustment. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor, as a copy of it must be provided when applying for the refund.

-Your item is the size you ordered, but it does not fit

Clothing that does not fit properly but meets the specifications you ordered can not be returned or exchanged. You can make minor adjustments to a local tailor at your own expense.

Please note: If your order specifications are too different from the final size adjustment, resizing may not be possible.

color deviation

The settings on your computer screen can change the color of the images displayed. Small color variations between the color of your item and the color displayed on the screen may not indicate that the item was shipped incorrectly or incorrectly. However, if you are certain that you have received the item in the wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if it is possible to return or refund it.

Overdue orders

If your order can not be shipped within the original deadline, Customer Service will offer you the option to store or cancel your order. Customers whose items are not more than 10 days overdue can cancel the order and receive a full refund or retain the order and receive a 30% refund on delivery. Customers whose products are more than 10 days overdue have the option to cancel the goods for a full refund or to keep the articles without shipping costs.

return process

1) Contact customer service within 7 days (30 days for faulty or incorrect items) when receiving your order. Include a statement and photos documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without the prior approval of Customer Service.

2) Once the customer service has approved your request, please return the item to us within 5 days and the completed product return form as soon as possible.

3) Upon receipt at our facility, your return will be processed in 5 to 7 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, you can allow up to two billing cycles to be credited to your account. Items returned in an unacceptable condition are not processed as refunds and can not be returned to you.
